Andrew, the founder and CEO of Agilequity, has 20 years’ strategic level experience in acquisitive high growth organisations as the Financial Director. He has, in most of his executive roles headed up the Corporate Finance function.
Andrew has the unique advantage of knowing what it takes to execute once the transaction advisors have left, and applies this knowledge to your benefit in the deals he advises on. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with an H-Dip Tax and Industrial Engineering Diploma.
Greg Elk
Associate Director
Greg has several years of experience as a financial analyst, having worked as an equity analyst and head of research analysing JSE-listed stocks for some of South Africa’s largest asset managers and online trading platforms.
He has worked as an M&A advisor and financial analyst for an International sell-side M&A consultancy focused on the small to mid-cap market. Greg has a Business Science degree with Finance Honours from UCT.
